Operate the pass box according to the clean level of higher-level clean room, such as: pass box between coding room and filling room should be connected in according to the requirement of filling room. After work the operator is responsible for the clean room, and clean the surface of pass box, open the UV germicidal lamp for 30 minutes.

1.Material must be strictly separated from people by Flow channel,and get in and out from material enters in workshop

2. Material enters by the person in charge of the preparation process class package or the appearance of personnel cleaned off, after the material stored in the workshop by pass box, inner material on the outer packaging removed temporary storage, and put into the inner rooms by pass box. Workshop staff transact material transition 

3 Passes through the pass box, we must strictly enforce the pass box and external door "opening and closing" requirement, two can not be turned on simultaneously. Away goalkeeper materials placed after the first closed, then open the material inside the goalkeeper out, close the door, and so on.

4 When enter the material of Clean area, firstly should send the relevant material to material transfer station, and move out the material from clean room by press the opposite procedure.

5 All semi-finished products shipped out from the clean area, are required to pass the window to the outside from the temporary storage, the logistics channel transported to the packaging room.

6 Material and waste which cause pollution easily should be transported to the non-clean area by pass box

7 After material in and out,should clean the clean room,transfer station and pass box, close the inside and outside doors of pass box, and clean them
